Register online
Click “Book Now” to register your information on Walk In and select the appointment time that works best for you.
Step 2
Connect with a BC physician
You have the option of choosing which kind of appointment you would like: phone or video. Your doctor may require video in order to accurately assess certain conditions.
Step 3
Get diagnosed and treated
Your virtual doctor appointment with a licensed BC physician will allow you to be treated and receive care. That includes getting any online prescriptions or doctor’s notes you may need to carry on with your day.

Medical Care
We connect you with doctors who can help navigate your concerns and create a management plan to get you feeling better.
Prescriptions
Our doctors can help prescribe certain medications, where indicated. They can be sent to a pharmacy of your choice or delivered to your door at no cost.
Doctor’s Notes
Sometimes you need to take time off work, not only to feel better but also to make sure others don’t get sick. We can help with that.
Blood Tests
Certain issues require further investigation and monitoring. Our doctors can provide blood test requisitions where indicated.
Imaging
If necessary, our doctors can also provide an imaging requisition in order to accurately diagnose your condition.
Pricing
Your virtual doctor visits are covered under B.C.’s Medical Services Plan (MSP). That means you usually pay nothing to see an online doctor at Walk In. That said, not all services are covered by MSP.
Virtual care – $0
MSP covers the cost of your visit. That means you pay nothing out of pocket to see a doctor on Walk In.
Private visit – $95
If you don’t have MSP and require care, we can still help. Non-insured visits with a private doctor are available with a fee.
Doctor’s notes – $45
Notes for work or school are not covered under MSP unfortunately. We can still provide them at an added cost.
