Walk In connects eligible patients across our service areas in British Columbia with physicians for phone or video appointments. Medical care is provided by the physicians on the platform.

Connect by phone or video. Your doctor may need video or an in-person assessment to understand your concern.

Agree on the Next Steps
Your doctor will discuss a care plan. Prescriptions, notes, tests and referrals depend on the assessment and clinical need.

Walk In provides Metro Vancouver residents with access to timely and thorough online medical care through tools tailored to their needs. Whether you do not have a family doctor or simply cannot get an appointment in time, our online doctors in BC can help. Here are a few examples of what can be addressed virtually at WalkIn:
Walk In Care
Our virtual walk in clinic connects you with doctors who can help navigate your health concerns and create a management plan to get you feeling better.
Prescriptions
A doctor can assess whether a prescription is appropriate. If one is issued, it can be sent to your preferred pharmacy. Ask the pharmacy about medication, dispensing and delivery costs.
Doctor’s Notes
A doctor can assess whether a note for work or school is appropriate. Doctor’s notes cost $45 and are not covered by MSP.
Blood Tests
Certain issues require further investigation and monitoring. Our doctors can provide blood test requisitions where indicated.
Imaging
If necessary, our doctors can also provide an imaging requisition in order to accurately diagnose your condition.

MSP-covered visits are free for eligible patients. Fees apply to uninsured services, including private visits and doctor’s notes. Review the current pricing before booking.
Private visit
$95
No MSP coverage
If you don’t have MSP and require care, we can still help. Non-insured visits with a private doctor are available with a fee.
Doctor’s notes
$45
Not covered by MSP
Doctor’s notes for work or school are not covered by MSP. If clinically appropriate, a note costs $45.
